Let's Talk.... it's time to heal
My name is Alisha Kelley and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I am licensed in the state of Oregon, Texas and Georgia. My focus is working with the BIPOC population on mangaging anxiety, stress, trauma, depression, etc.
Everyone is on an individual journey throughout life and often times additional support is needed along the way. My talks with the BIPOC community are grounded in compassion, respect, empathy, and a true understanding of the cultural impacts. Each individual conversation is focused on empowering, educating, empathy, and authenticity!
I collaborate with my clients to reduce stress and improve their well-being. During our talks we will discuss practical ways to solve current problems, and how past experiences shape our views and responses to different situations. I believe that insight into your patterns can help you make decisions that result in long lasting change and satisfaction.
I pride myself on expanding and transforming the stereotypes related to mental health therapy. I am very passionate about helping others who are not feeling like they are living their best life.
I would love to be your tour guide to recognizing your strengths while helping you create a more empowered sense of self and selfworth. The goal is for my client to grasp the life tools to truly live in this world and not simple exist. You will be empowered to look in the mirror and know that you are deserving of everything your mind, body & soul desires.
I want you to know that you are fierce, unstoppable and capable of healing. I want you to have time for things in life that matter to you. Our journey together will be you discovering the version of yourself that energizes you to live freely.
It will be an honor if you choose me as your guide to be with you on your journey.
